Virgin Radio Christmas is a seasonal radio station operated by News Broadcasting as part of the Virgin Radio UK network. Originally launched in November 2025, the station returned on 1 November 2026 for another festive season, bringing Christmas music to listeners across the UK. Its programme combines the familiar sound of Virgin Radio with a dedicated Christmas playlist, making it a natural choice for anyone looking for festive music online. The station broadcasts from the Virgin Radio operation at The News Building in London and remains on air until midnight on Boxing Day.

The music is firmly focused on Christmas favourites, offering a soundtrack for everything from decorating the tree and wrapping presents to Christmas parties and relaxing at home. Rather than following Virgin Radio UK's usual mix of rock, pop and alternative music, Virgin Radio Christmas concentrates on the songs associated with the festive season. Its music-led format makes it particularly suitable for listeners who want Christmas songs throughout the day without constantly changing between different stations or playlists.

One of the station's distinguishing features is The Chris Evans Breakfast Show with Moneybox, broadcast on weekday mornings from 6:30am until 10am in the run-up to Christmas Day. The programme brings Chris Evans and his regular team to the seasonal station before the Christmas music takes over for the remainder of the day. Virgin Radio Christmas is available on DAB+ digital radio in London, while listeners elsewhere in the country can enjoy the station online. As a temporary seasonal service, it provides a dedicated Christmas soundtrack from the beginning of November through to the end of Boxing Day.

Notable shows & presenters are:

• Chris Evans – The Chris Evans Breakfast Show with Moneybox: Chris Evans presents the weekday breakfast programme from 6:30am to 10am in the run-up to Christmas. Broadcast on Virgin Radio Christmas as well as the main Virgin Radio UK service, the show features celebrity interviews, entertainment, listener contributions, music and conversations with the regular breakfast team.
• The Class Behind The Glass – The Chris Evans Breakfast Show: Chris Evans is joined by his regular breakfast team, known as The Class Behind The Glass. The team includes Aussie Jayne, Tequila Tilly, Iceman Einar and Young Frank, who contribute to the programme's conversations, features and listener interaction.
