Swansea Bay Radio has changed.

Swansea Bay Radio was launched on 5th November 2006, with its studios situated in Neath, Neath Port Talbot. The station played current top 40 music and classic hits from the 80s and 90s. It was a local radio station with networked off-peak programming.

In March 2012, Nation Broadcasting (the network owner) announced that Swansea Bay Radio would play only 80s music, under the Nation 80s brand. This would pave the way for the station to be available on DAB Digital Radio. This is not to be confused with the current 80s digital station Nation 80s (as of 2023), which is a seperate service and not part of what happened to this station.

In 2013, Nation changed the format of the radio station again, but this time only playing current music, under the Nation Hits brand. In 2016, they once again changed the name to its former Swansea Bay Radio.

On 21st April 2022, the station was relaunched as Breezy Radio. This was to be short-lived, as there was thought to be some confusion in the name with the now-defunct radio station "The Breeze", which the name belongs to rival Bauer. So, on 1st September of the same year, Easy Radio was launched. Today, Easy Radio is networked across the UK including in the South of England.
