Fun Kids Naps is the quieter side of the Fun Kids radio family, built specifically for younger children who need something gentle after a busy day. Instead of chart hits or fast-paced programmes, the station concentrates on soothing lullabies, familiar nursery songs and relaxing music that works particularly well around nap time, quiet time and bedtime. It is designed as a calm children's radio stream that parents can put on when the aim is to wind things down rather than wind them up.
The playlist mixes familiar children's melodies with softer instrumental and ambient music. Traditional favourites sit alongside piano-led pieces and modern relaxing tracks, giving Fun Kids Naps more variety than a simple nursery-rhyme loop. The station's own recently played information has featured nursery songs such as Hickory Dickory Dock and I'm a Little Teapot alongside gentle instrumental recordings, which gives the channel a recognisable children's identity without making every track sound the same.
Fun Kids Naps operates as a continuous themed music service rather than a conventional presenter-led station, so there is no daily DJ schedule interrupting the relaxed format. The service forms part of the wider Fun Kids family run from London and is also available on small-scale DAB+ in the Bristol East area on block 9B. Local London time is displayed on this page, while Radio Player UK provides direct access to the live Fun Kids Naps stream.
