Radio Player UK is a free way of accessing local and world TV and radio, upon other things. By downloading the Radio Player UK Toolbar, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page, which may change at any time. PLEASE READ THESE CAREFULLY. Radio Player UK Toolbar may also be referred to as "we", "us", "our" toolbar (same applies to the website), and "you" as in the user of the toolbar and the website.

Software
Radio Player UK can not be held responsible if your PC suffers from any defects, such as slower PC performance, layout is compromised, etc. If any such instances do happen, contact a local PC expert who will be able to advise further. Our toolbar is TRUSTe stamped by Conduit©, so it is their responsibility to make sure that the toolbar is in good shape and is compatible with your PC.

Chat Room
Users are bound to these terms and conditions, where failure to follow these can result in getting "kicked out of" or banned from the chat room:

1. No spamming / deliberate duplication of texts (one after another). This chat room is a fun place to be, so don't spoil it for other users.
2. Abuse will NOT be tolerated. This includes swearing, offensive, sexual, other rude or inappropriate behaviour. Such actions will impose a permanent ban without any chance of appeal.
3. No links are to be posted about other websites and toolbars that are identical to the services offered by Radio Player UK. You will be given three chances and then banned for at least one month.
4. No offensive aliases (nicknames). You will be kicked out if you use one.
5. You may use private chatting, which cannot be seen by administrators. The responsibilities of these private chats are up to the participants of the chat, and Radio Player UK cannot be held responsible for any misconduct that may be carried out in the rooms. If you do have a problem, type in /whois (nickname of the person) (e.g. /whois Eddy), hit enter and some writing in green will display. Highlight and copy the text in an email and send it to admin@radioplayeruk.com , who will investigate the persons involved and deal with them efficiently. Your details will not be shared.
6. You may copy the code for the chat room to put on your own website / chat room. Contact us at admin@radioplayeruk.com for more.

The chat room is copyright by www.99chats.com , so they will have a separate segment of terms and conditions.

Live TV and Radio (including the Radio Console, On-Demand entries and movies)
Radio Player UK will not be held responsible for any content produced on any radio or TV broadcasts, whether live or not. Remember that different laws apply in different countries, so what you find offensive in your region may not be offensive in another country.

TV and radio streams are dependant on availability, there will be instances where there is no stream / link available. Check your internet settings and laws in the country you're getting the radio / TV station from (check with the broadcaster) as they may have restrictions from broadcasting outside of their country / state.

We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or differences in software, hardware or anything else if you choose to click on a link for a radio or TV station. You are accessing content at your own risk and should be cautious when opening such links.

All radio and TV services featured on our toolbar, Console and website are subject to their own copyright and terms and conditions. Check with the broadcaster or registered keeper of the content before copying / duplicating any content. Radio and TV stations (live or otherwise) are in no way connected to Radio Player UK, and we therefore are not responsible for any mis-information, representation or content produced.

We try our best to make sure all information is correct, but there will be times where not all information is correct. Please let us know if such instances occur so we can correct the discrepancy. Contact us at admin@radioplayeruk.com with information of what's happened.

Toolbar, Console and website
You are downloading / using Radio Player UK at your own risk. As stated earlier, you will be responsible if any changes in your system are a result of downloading our services. The Radio Player UK service aims to be active at least 90% of the time, however there will be instances when any part of Radio Player UK may experience "down time" (time when services are not available). We cannot guarantee 100% reliability, so be aware of this before checking internet connections in case it's an error on your part.

Also, we will use statistics to monitor how our toolbar and where. We do this to make sure we are targeting the right audiences, but you can stop this happening by un-ticking the "FB Box" in Toolbar Options and then "Predefined Components". We do not use this information in any other way, and we do not sell or expose this information to anyone else. Furthermore, it is not to your exact location, it is to your or your nearest major settlement (e.g. city, town, etc.)

Advertising, Links and Sponsors
When advertising on Radio Player UK (be it the toolbar, Console, website or all three), you are subject to the Terms and Conditions set.

Advertising exists when a third party pays to have a space to tell users about a product or service. You do not need to place a link back to the Radio Player UK website, but you need to pay the correct amount as requested by us, otherwise your advertisement will be erased from the service. This can happen without warning.

Contract Advertising: Advertisers must pay the agreed amount (see relevant emails/paperwork) every month or as per discussed period. Failure to pay the full amount will result in the advert / notice being cancelled and the rest of the contract charges still having to be paid for. At the end of the term, it is your responsibility to cancel the relevant standing orders / Direct Debits, otherwise you will still be charged without refund. If you wish to cancel your advertising / notice campaign early, you will need to pay the rest of the contracted amount. Failure to do so will result in further action being taken.
